The Mumpreneur that was no more.....6 years later

It was great to find this old blog of mine that I started back in the summer of 2009 with the opening of my business KiddyCat. It has been great looking back at some of the fun we had back then. I'm upset that I didn't keep up posting our adventures, as we certainly have had many adventures since the last post.

The boys back in 2010
Life takes turns that are often surprising. I am not longer running KiddyCat and in fact, I am no longer a mum to 2 little monsters. I now have 3. It is not only my work and personal circumstances that have changed so dramatically, I am also no longer living in the UK. That is something that was not on the cards when I began KiddyCat.

Just after I set up Kiddycat my husband was offered what we thought would be a fantastic opportunity involving moving abroad with the kids. Kiddycat, my dream business that I was already in love with, went on hold and we began to make plans for a future in the sun with the family.

In the summer of 2011 we moved with our two kids to Israel to start afresh. Life certainly has not be an easy ride. The kids had to integrate into an entirely new culture, new schools, and learn a new language. It was not only the children that had to face new hurdles, I also had to look for a new career that would fit in with our new lifestyle.

Finding this old blog has made me think of starting a new idea with my kids. I am still mummy, that is one aspect of my life that has not changed thankfully. From today, this blog is no longer going to be mine, from today forwards, my loving blog page is going to be written by my kids.

Joshua is no long the cute little 4 year old, he is a naughty pre-teen. Jadon, my little monkey is still my monkey but at age 7 is far from little. Then we have our latest addition, Zachary, who will be 2 in December.

All grown up and with the new addition to the family Zack

I'm hoping the boys will be able to bring some fun and laughter into your days and share with you some of the joy that they bring to me.

Signing off and handing over to the boys......Kim
